Hello

   When I was younger the first thing I remember wanting to be was an artist, however I did not pursue this hard enough to do anything with it and even though I am okay at drawing you could say I am more of a doodler. The camera though is a great way for me to capture what I see and what I want others to see. I don't think that I have a paticular style or a certain thing I like to shoot but you may think differently about that.

 

 I was born in a little village on the edge of the mendips. Surrounded by farming and fields it gave me a joy for the countryside and the peace it provides. I guess that is why I don't do weddings! I love art, music, (anything. Goth, pop, punk, classical, new wave, rock, folk ano so on) films, old stuff, Churches (no idea why), food, gardening and my family of course.

I love natural world and enjoy taking pictures out & about but I also love history. It doesn't have to be the big stuff either it is the little things as well. It's signs on a wall, a rusty gate or a village shop. I have a few pictures of these that are no longer there. There was an old crossing gate, covered in brambles and hardly visable, for a railway that had been long since ripped up. I would pass it once or twice a month and think to myself ' I really need to take a picture of that '. Then one day I drove by, the brambles had been cleared and there was sawdust on the floor. The gate was gone and so was my chance. I try not to let this happen now.

  My aim is to build a website of great pictures old and new for people to see and to have themselves at an affordable price. I can also repair your old treasured memories or to add some colour as well. I can also research where a picture was taken as well. It might be an old family photo that maybe you are curious about or one great night that you are unable to remember. Now I am not always successful on this it can depend on the information I get but if I don't find the place you don't pay. Well thats me really I hope you enjoy the site.
